a) Usernames should not contain any insulting, racist, extremist, sexist, or offensive language.
b) Avoid using names that incorporate parts of sentences (e.g., "Mike returns"), nonsensical combinations of letters (e.g., "Fgfshdsfg"), or invalid formattings (e.g., "Thegreatknight").
c) Usernames should be descriptive of the player, not include names of real-life celebrities (e.g., "Britney Spears"), real countries (e.g., "Swedish Druid"), imitation of other players' identities (e.g., "Arieswer" instead of "Arieswar"), or official positions (e.g., "System Admin").
2. Fair Play
a) If you encounter game bugs, you are required to report them to the Darkrest team immediately rather than exploiting them. Exploiting in-game bugs will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
b) The use of tools or macros to automate game actions without player interaction is disallowed and will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
c) Manipulating the game client or using third-party software to influence the game is strictly prohibited and will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
d) Any form of hacking or attempts to steal other players' account information is considered a serious offense.
e) Trading or sharing accounts is allowed but proceed at your own risk. Darkrest will not be responsible for any loss or disputes arising from such actions.
f) Engaging in destructive behavior, such as deliberately ruining the game experience for others, harassment, or promoting hate speech, is not allowed and may result in punitive action.
3. Game Masters
a) Threatening a game master due to his or her decisions or position is a violation.
b) Impersonating a game master or claiming to influence their decisions is prohibited.
c) Intentionally providing false or misleading information to a game master, or filing false reports about rule violations, is not allowed.
4. Multiclienting
a) Players are allowed to use 1 account simultaneously. This means that no "MC" is allowed or using 2 devices at the same time (PCs, Laptops [...]). Breaking the rule will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
5. Respect and Harassment
a) Respect other players and avoid engaging in activities that harm the experience of others, including but not limited to, bullying and harassment.
b) Respect the integrity of the server and the community. Avoid spreading false statements or misinformation about the server, as this can undermine trust and harm the experience for everyone.
6. Anti-Cheat System
a) In order to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming environment, players agree to allow our Anti-Cheat system to monitor their processes. This is done to protect the game client from cheats, bots, or any software that may influence the gameplay unfairly.
b) The Anti-Cheat system only analyzes the processes interacting with the game's client, specifically those that attempt to read or write our game's process.
c) Although the Anti-Cheat system monitors your processes, we value your privacy. We do not store any data from this process; it is used purely for real-time analytics to prevent cheating and maintain the game's integrity.
d) Any attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Anti-Cheat system is considered a violation of the game rules and may result in penalties, including potential banishment.
7. Purchases
a) Users under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental or guardian consent prior to making a purchase.
b) Purchases must only be made using funds that legally belong to the purchaser. Unauthorized use of third-party funds is strictly prohibited.
c) The product offered is digital in nature and will be delivered instantly upon completion of the purchase. Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
d) Purchased items are non-returnable and non-replaceable. If you lose any items acquired through a purchase, they will not be replaced or refunded.
e) We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove in-game items provided through purchases at our sole discretion.
f) We reserve the right to adjust the purchase tiers and associated benefits at any time without prior notice.
g) We reserve the right to perform server resets, maintenance, or updates at our sole discretion, which may affect the availability and functionality of in-game items and points.
h) We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our platform, and it is the purchaser's responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
