DARKREST ONLINE RULES

1. Usernames

1. Usernames should not contain any insulting, racist, extremist, sexist, or offensive language.
2. Avoid using names that incorporate parts of sentences (e.g., "Mike returns"), nonsensical combinations of letters (e.g., "Fgfshdsfg"), or invalid formattings (e.g., "Thegreatknight").
3. Usernames should be descriptive of the player, not include names of real-life celebrities (e.g., "Britney Spears"), real countries (e.g., "Swedish Druid"), imitation of other players' identities (e.g., "Arieswer" instead of "Arieswar"), or official positions (e.g., "System Admin").

2. Fair Play

1. If you encounter game bugs, you are required to report them to the Darkrest team immediately rather than exploiting them. Exploiting in-game bugs will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
2. The use of tools or macros to automate game actions without player interaction is disallowed and will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
3. Manipulating the game client or using third-party software to influence the game is strictly prohibited and will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.
4. Any form of hacking or attempts to steal other players' account information is considered a serious offense.
5. Trading or sharing accounts is allowed but proceed at your own risk. Darkrest will not be responsible for any loss or disputes arising from such actions.
6. Engaging in destructive behavior, such as deliberately ruining the game experience for others, harassment, or promoting hate speech, is not allowed and may result in punitive action.

3. Game Masters

1. Threatening a game master due to his or her decisions or position is a violation.
2. Impersonating a game master or claiming to influence their decisions is prohibited.
3. Intentionally providing false or misleading information to a game master, or filing false reports about rule violations, is not allowed.

4. Multiclienting

1. Players are allowed to use 1 account simultaneously. This means that no "MC" is allowed or using 2 devices at the same time (PCs, Laptops [...]). Breaking the rule will lead to the banishment of all accounts connected to the owner.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Respect other players and refrain from engaging in activities that harm the experience of others, including but not limited to bullying and harassment.
2. Uphold the integrity of the server and community. Avoid disseminating false statements or misinformation about the server, as this can erode trust and negatively impact the experience for everyone.

6. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

1. To maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment, players consent to the monitoring of their processes by our Anti-Cheat system. This is done to safeguard the game client from cheats, bots, or any software that may unfairly influence gameplay.
2. The Anti-Cheat system solely analyzes processes interacting with the game's client, specifically those attempting to read or write our game's process.
3. While the Anti-Cheat system monitors processes, your privacy is valued. No data from this process is stored; it is used purely for real-time analytics to prevent cheating and uphold the game's integrity.
4. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Anti-Cheat system is a violation of the game rules and may result in penalties, including potential banishment.

7. Purchases and Transactions

1. Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before making a purchase.
2. Purchases must only be made using funds that legally belong to the purchaser. Unauthorized use of third-party funds is strictly prohibited.
3. The product offered is digital and will be delivered instantly upon completion of the purchase. Due to the digital nature and instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Purchased items are non-returnable and non-replaceable. Loss of items acquired through a purchase will not result in replacements or refunds.
5. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove in-game items provided through purchases at our sole discretion.
6. We reserve the right to adjust purchase tiers and associated benefits at any time without prior notice.
7. We reserve the right to perform server resets, maintenance, or updates at our sole discretion, which may affect the availability and functionality of in-game items and points.
8. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our platform, and it is the purchaser's responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
